SarahLasmaria Hutabarat

Sarah Lasmaria Hutabarat earned her Bachelor of Law Degree from Atmajaya Catholic University and her Master of Laws degree from Universitas Indonesia with a thesis title of : “Juridical Analysis on Execution of Collateral based on Indonesian Fiducia law”. Prior to joining DAN Law Offices in 2011, she attended brief internship at Indonesian Minister of Law and Human Rights during college and worked in Citibank as legal staff.

Her main areas of practice include general corporate, company restructuring and civil litigation. She has involved in high profile civil and bankruptcy cases involving foreign parties. She is a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) allowing her to practice in all Indonesian jurisdictions. She also a member of Himpunan Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia (HKPI) allowing her to act as a receiver or trustee in bankruptcy cases.

Sarah is an avid organisatorist and has heavily involved in her campus organizations and various campus events. She is also a member her Church and actively participated in social events held by the Church.

In her leisure time, Sarah enjoys watching drama movies and read novels.

Sarah speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.
