Azvant Ramzi Utama

Azvant Ramzi Utama earned his Bachelor of Law Degree from Atma Jaya Catholic University. Prior to joining DAN Law Offices in 2011, he worked for UNAIDS (United Nations for HIV and AIDS) Jakarta Office during which he was heavily involved in preparing Indonesian Government Report regarding implementation of ICCPR (International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights) and ICESR (International Covenant on Economic, Social and Culture Rights).

During his early years of service in DAN Law Offices, Azvant acted as a legal team for one of the candidates of Jakarta Governor during the campaign period where his main responsibility includes handling all legal aspects in relation to the campaign.

Azvant involved mainly in litigation practices. He has extensively involved in litigation cases including high profile criminal cases where he represent high profile individuals in corruption cases. He also recently involved in a multi-million dollars lawsuits contract disputes involving a major foreign oil company and also commerical dispute regarding intellectual property between major electronic apparels brands. He also has experience in handling bankruptcy cases and cases proceeding in Constitutional Court of Republik of Indonesia.

In addition to this professional activities, Azvant enjoys sports activities and also a drum player.

Azvant is a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) allowing him to practice in all Indonesian jurisdictions.
